PeopleFirst is a Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Employee-centric App. It allows you to access your HR data on mobile devices, anytime, anywhere (exclusively for Reliance employees).
Here’s how our PeopleFirst app works:
PeopleFirst is a mobile app for Android and iOS that provides access to HR data for employees of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). It is the only app of its kind for RIL employees to access their HR data.
You can access your HR data through the app, including your employee number, employee ID, job title, and more.
If you are an employee of RIL, you can also view your pay slips, tax summaries, and other HR data.
